Claré (pronounced klah-RAY) — an Italian-inflected name meaning “bright and clean” is a refined wellness and aesthetics practice dedicated to purposeful, evidence-based care. I curate treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety, subtlety, and long-lasting results. My approach blends medical rigor with an elevated client experience: thoughtful consultations, personalized plans, and meticulous technique. I also offer injectable therapy beyond aesthetics to help with pain management, using targeted, evidence-based techniques to reduce chronic and acute discomfort.
I am deeply committed to menopausal hormone therapy because I have witnessed how thoughtful, individualized treatment can restore quality of life for patients navigating the often-disruptive physical and emotional changes of menopause. My goal is to make the transition as smooth and evidence-based as possible by minimizing harm, offering ongoing monitoring, non-hormonal adjuncts when indicated, and transparent discussion of alternatives so each patient can choose a plan aligned with values and medical history.
I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). A graduate of the University of Washington, I currently practice full-time in Surgical Breast Oncology, bringing a deep understanding of anatomy, oncologic considerations, and aesthetics to every treatment. This surgical background ensures that every treatment at Claré meets the highest standards of precision and patient-centered care. Claré’s clinical foundation is rooted in advanced training and surgical-level expertise.
Despite a full-time practice, I make dedicated time for Claré clients and prioritize appointments on Mondays to provide continuity and focused availability. This commitment reflects my ethos: intentional scheduling, attentive follow-up, and lasting clinician relationships. At Claré, clients receive sophisticated, medically informed aesthetic care designed to feel as clear and luminous as the name itself.
